Ticket delivery method is displayed during the purchasing journey, and in your email confirmation.

The primary method of ticket delivery in the West End is e-ticket. This allows for low effort, contact free entry to the theatres - as well as the added bonus of saving the trees!

Dependent on the show, you may receive your e-tickets at various stages leading up to the date of your booking. The expected time of delivery is included in your email confirmation and you can find out a little more detail below.

As soon as you have your email confirmation, you have your tickets! These will be in the format of scannable barcodes in the body of the confirmation under Your Order.
You will receive your e-tickets via email within 24 hours prior to showtime. Keep an eye on your inbox, and your ticket should land in the quoted time frame.
Venue dispatch
48 hours before performance you will receive a pre-visit email from Nimax Theatres including a link to check in. Once successfully checked-in, your e-tickets will be sent!
