The primary method of ticket delivery in the West End is e-ticket. This allows for low effort, contact free entry to the theatres - as well as the added bonus of saving the trees!
Dependent on the show, you may receive your e-tickets at various stages leading up to the date of your booking. The expected time of delivery is included in your email confirmation and you can find out a little more detail below.
Immediate | As soon as you have your email confirmation, you have your tickets! These will be in the format of scannable barcodes in the body of the confirmation under Your Order. |
Delayed | You will receive your e-tickets via email within 24 hours prior to showtime. Keep an eye on your inbox, and your ticket should land in the quoted time frame. |
Venue dispatch | 48 hours before performance you will receive a pre-visit email from Nimax Theatres including a link to check in. Once successfully checked-in, your e-tickets will be sent! |
