Child Policies

Minimum Age

As a guideline, an age of 5 years and over is recommended. Children are admitted but are not encouraged to attend unless the parent is confident the child will remain in their seat for the entirety of the performance and remain focused on the performance. Everyone must have a valid ticket and occupy a seat. Accompanying adults may be asked to leave the auditorium should there be constant disruptions to other patrons.

Babes In Arms

The majority of shows state that no babies in arms are allowed to attend. This is to ensure their own health and safety in regards to sound levels and to allow no disruption for audience members. Occasionally, productions will run over school holidays that are targeted toward children and therefore babes in arms policies would differ and you will find more information in the specific show information section.

Suitability Age

More specific age limits may apply with differing productions such as The Book of Mormon based on content of the show. Any age restrictions will be included in the show information as you confirm your booking so do be sure to look out for this as we cannot cancel bookings once confirmed.

Pricing

As a rule of thumb, tickets for theatre shows remain the same price for children and adults unless stated otherwise.
