My voucher is not applying but I want to secure these seats - can you apply the voucher retrospectively?

We are not able to make adjustments to payments once a booking is successfully confirmed.


If your voucher code was originally only numbers, it now includes the first 3 letters of your last name at the beginning. Please see the example below:


Customer Name: John Smith

Original Voucher Code: 123456

New Voucher Code: SMI123456
